We got many new informations and motivations from many speaker in this Camp. These success stories and business strategies can be great examples for every networker. We got to know the „tool” what made the Latin-American market so successful. This is the IOC that is, the Icing On the Cake.

But for me the most useful thing was a very popular and insturctive story. I’m sure that I’ll bring it with me in the future. This story is about a very tenacious frog. Let me tell you this story. 

Once upon a time there was a little frog at the bottom of a lake. This frog decided that it doesn’t want to live at the bottom of the lake because this lake was really filthy and dark. But when this frog looked up it saw the beautiful sunny water surface and the shiny waterside. This little frog started to jump to get out the surface of the water. The other frogs at the bottom of the lake said that „It doesn’t make any sense going on! You’ll never reach the top of the water!” But this little frog didn’t pay attention to them. It jumped and jumped continously. Its friends and family said to it that „Give up! Give up! You’ll never get to the top”! But this frog just kept jumping and jumping. After that almost the entire frog colony cried out: „Finish jumping because you will exhausted and you will die.” But suddenly something incredible happened. The little frog jumped a big and it reached to top of the water and jumped out to the waterside. After that every single frog started to trying to jump up to the top of the water. But no one could do it. They asked the little frog to help them but this frog just sat on the waterside and enjoyed the sight. We could say that this frog was selfish. But it wasn’t. It was just deaf. :)

Unfortunatelly we have many friends and acquaintances in all area of our life who howl down us when we want to do something special. They say you will never be able to do it, you are not a man like that. But you shouldn’t listen to these people. You also should be a deaf a bit. If you have a goal or a dream then fight for it until the end and don’t let others take your dreams away because if your really want something then you’ll achive it.
