Unfortunatelly I’m no longer an athlete but I really care about my eating habits. I would like to eat healthy but I know it’s not an easy project. In our nowadays it’s not easy to pay attention to what we enter into our body. At the same time if we have time we often say yes to the unhealthy actions.
That’s why I can say that I’m a lucky person because I’m in possession of nutritional supplements such as Spirulina. Unfortunatelly I’m typically a guy who doesn’t really like eating vegetables. That’s why the Spirulina is a perfect food for me because it completely replace the nutrient content that I don’t bring into my body with vegetables. Because the vast amount of minerals many people used to call it „superfood”. Its protein content is unique. Spirulina has 65% protein content. That’s why people used to say that spirulina is the biggest rival of the Beef. I think it’s not necessary to speak about the importance of protein. It’s very important not just for the athletes but for the ordinary people, too.
That’s why I used to say that after awaking I always eat half a kilogram of vegetables. :)
